Savor your morning coffee from the rocking chair on the front porch. Eat lunch on the back deck overlooking the quiet back yard, or enjoy unwinding in the evening under the glow of the patio lights. Work from home in one of two desk areas equipped with fast internet. Bring your own login for the two Smart TV’s. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Sit in the quaint breakfast nook that seats 2 or dine at the larger dining table that seats 4-6. Washer and dryer available for your laundry needs. Park up to 4 cars in the driveway. At the end of the day, retire into one of two spacious bedrooms which feature king sized beds and blackout curtains. The third sleeping area is multifunctional - it has a daybed and twin trundle, a dining table, and a desk area . A gorgeous barn door provides privacy making this area live like a third bedroom. Accessibility Info: All hardwood flooring, ranch home, low ramp at back entrance, grab bars in shower, low profile shower entrance with shower bench, no interior steps, minimal lips at flooring transitions, removable rugs, over 3" clearance under beds and sofa, 24" bed height, door are NOT wide enough for a standard wheelchair. Bit o' Raleigh Bungalow is centrally located to many Triangle area attractions. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive from the home. Walk just around the block (0.2 mi) to a lovely town park with playground equipment, tennis courts, grill, picnic shelter, and a pond. There are many local parks, hiking trails, and biking trails nearby. I am happy to suggest our favorite local restaurants and activities!
